Ingredients:
1lb steak thinly sliced ;ribeye, sirloin, top round or Steakumm
yellow onion thinly sliced
1-2 bell peppers medium-sized
provolone cheese slices
3 tablespoon olive oil or other neutral cooking oil; divided
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon season salt
2 tablespoon DivineKuizine Remoulade Sauce
2 tablespoon butter
4 long bread rolls like hoagie roll
Instructions:
Slice hoagie rolls 3/4 of the way through with a serrated knife. Slice onions and peppers and thinly slice beef.
In a small bowl, stir together 2 Tbsp softened butter. Spread butter onto the cut sides of 4 hoagie roll. Toast the buns on a large skillet, flat cook top or griddle on medium heat until golden brown then set aside.
On high heat and add 1 Tbsp oil. Spread the super thinly sliced steak in an even layer. Let brown for a couple of minutes undisturbed then flip and season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp season salt. Saute until steak is fully cooked through then stir in the onions and peppers.
Cover meat and onion pepper mixture until fully cooked.
Top with slices of cheese cover and turn off heat and let the cheese melt without overcooking the meat.
Spread a thin layer of DivineKuizine remoulade sauce on the toasted side of each roll.
Add meat mixture to the roll . Serve warm.
