Cajun Chicken FlatbreadPizza

Nothing beats a fresh-out-of-the-oven pizza, and once you see how easy it is to make for yourself, you'll never order delivery again. Superbowl is on the way! One of the best things to have at you Superbowl/ football gatherings is pizza. This recipe pizza recipe is quick and easy to prepare as well as a twist on another way to enjoy pizza and DivineKuizine remoulade drizzled on top of this Cajun chicken pizza take it another level. After your pizza is baked, add another drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil and DivineKuizine remoulade sauce, torn fresh basil, and red pepper flakes. Enjoy! All your guest , family will love you for this great tasting pizza!




Ingredients:

· Olive oil

· 4 flatbread, naan

. 1-2 Chicken Breast

· 1/2 pound of Italian chicken sausage

· 1 cup fresh spinach, torn in bite-sized pieces

· 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella.

. 1/4 cup of chopped green and red peppers

. 1 chopped jalapeno -optional

. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in halves

. DivineKuizine remoulade sauce

. pinch red flakes


Note: pizza ingredients are a guideline; use more or less of any ingredients and substitute at will


Seasoning Chicken Breast

.1 teaspoon olive oil

. 3 teaspoon old bay seasoning

. 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning

. 2 teaspoon garlic powder

. 2 teaspoon onion powder

. 2 teaspoon salt

. 2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Cut up your chicken breast into cubes season. Add olive oil, in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add season chicken breasts and chicken Italian sausage , cook about 5-7 minutes. Saute to pepper with olive oil or butter until soften about 2-3 minutes.

Spray the bottom of each flatbread with cooking spray or very lightly brush with olive oil. Place on one large or two medium-sized sheet pans. Spread each flatbread with a handful of mozzarella arrange 1/4 of the toppings, the chicken, spinach, peppers and top with tomatoes.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted and the bottom is golden brown.Drizzle with DivineKuizine remoulade sauce on top of the pizza . Top with red pepper flakes (optional) Serve immediately.
