I’m pretty excited to be sharing this Cheesy Jerk Jerk Steak pull apart bread with you. This bread is so mouthwatering made with crusty garlic bread, DivineKuizine jerk rub and sauce, juicy steak, and melted cheese, perfect for a hearty lunch or dinner. This bread is a go to for any occasion; a laid-back family dinner, a snack for football watching, potluck party just to name a few. This easy recipe for Pull-Apart Cheesy, Jerk Steak Bread. Will definitely be a crowd pleaser. Just imagine one giant crust French bread loaf drizzled with garlic butter, DivineKuizne jerk sauce stuffed with loads of peppers. strips of jerk steak and cheese, baked up until ooey-gooey – spicy sauce for dunking on the side. Wait, don’t imagine it – make this easy it tonight.
Ingredients:
Jerk steak and pepper mixture
1 Pound steak strips
1 teaspoon green seasoning
11/2 teaspoon complete seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon DivineKuizine Jerk rub
1/2 cup colored bell peppers, thinly sliced
1/4 yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 minced garlic clove
1-2 thyme sprigs
bullion cube (chicken or beef)
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon oil
1/3 cup water
Garlic Butter
Stick butter
1 teaspoon green seasoning
1-2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 jalapeño, finely chopped
1/4 cup red pepper finely chopped
pepper and salt to taste
Crusty French Bread Loaf
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Season the steak strips with green seasoning , salt , season pepper and DivineKuizine Jerk rub. Set it aside to marinate for 30 minutes (under room temperature).
While the meat is marinating, make the garlic butter for the French Bread
In a pan add the ingredients to pan and melt the butter on medium - high heat until butter mix is melted.
Now to the Pull-Apart Bread…
In a pan add the jerk steak strips, peppers , onions , garlic. thyme, bullion cube, and water just enough to cover the meat mixture cover pan let it cook for about 10 minutes add butter. Cook for another 5-10 minutes or until steak is medium well, peppers are soften and most of the liquid has reduced.
Place the French Bread on a cutting board and slice (but not all the way to the bottom) [See Video]
Butter your bread with the garlic butter each slit, then add you cheese , then the jerk steak mixture into each slit.
Drizzle some of the garlic butter on top of the French Bread.
Wrap Bread in Foil. Placed Foil bread on baking sheet.
Place the bread in the oven to bake for 10 minutes. Take out bread out of foil bake for another 5 minutes to get nice and golden brown.
Once the Jerk steak & cheese pull-apart bread is ready. Brush with the remaining garlic butter and drizzle with DivineKuizine Jerk Sauce .
