Ingredients:
Chicken:
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped into bite size pieces
2 tablespoon salt and pepper
2 tablespoon five spice ( find at Asian market)
1 tablespoon flour and cornstarch mix together
3 tablespoon olive oil
Vegetables:
1 crown of broccoli or 3 cups cut into bite size pieces
1/3 cup asparagus
2 carrots 1/2 inch thick
1/4 chopped red and green peppers
1/2 jalapeño deseeded chopped
12oz of sliced portabella mushrooms
2 green onions, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon freshly grated garlic
Sauce:
1/2 tablespoon chipotle oil
1/2 tablespoon chili oil'
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
3 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoon Divine Kuizine sugar spice
Season chicken with spices and mix flour and cornstarch mixture evenly coat chicken Set aside. To make sauce mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl set aside.
