Ingredients
For the waffles:
2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal divided
2 cups plus 2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon DivineKuizine Sugar Spice
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 large egg
1/4 cup melted butter
Butter,coconut oil or non-stick spray for waffle maker
For the cereal glaze:
2 tablespoons half and half or whole milk
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Place Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal in a Ziploc Bag and use a roll pin to crush the cereal into small pieces.
In a bowl, combine the DivineKuizne Complete and Fluffy Pancake Mix , DivineKuizine sugar spice and Cinnamon Toast Crunch pieces. Combine the egg,milk, and butter and stir into dry ingredients just until combined.
Grease a preheated waffle maker with butter, coconut oil or non-stick spray before cooking each waffle. Ladle about 1/2 cup waffle batter into waffle maker and bake until crisp and golden, about 5-6 minutes. Keep finished waffles on a baking sheet in the oven while the others bake to keep warm.
To make the glaze, combine 2 tablespoons of half and half or whole milk , powdered sugar and vanilla extract in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Drizzle glaze on top of waffles and garnish with some of the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal on top of the waffles.
