Ingredients:
2 tablespoons DivineKuizine sugar spice
1/2 teaspoon DivineKuizine sugar spice 2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon oil 4 eggs 3/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt brioche, or challah, sliced inch thick
maple syrup, warmed

powered sugar -optional
Instructions:
In a 10-inch or 12-inch skillet, melt butter and oil over medium heat. Whisk together DivineKuizine sugar spice , salt, eggs, milk, and vanilla and pour into a shallow container such as a pie plate.
