INGREDIENTS


Pasta

  • ▢6 ounces large pasta shells, approximately 20 shells

Filling

  • ▢ lb. ground beef

  • ▢1 teaspoon complete seasoning

  • ▢1 teaspoon onion powder

  • ▢1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ▢1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • ▢½ teaspoon seasoned pepper

  • ▢ 1 tablespoon green seasoning

  • ▢ 1 tablespoon tomato sauce

  • ▢ 2-3 tablespoon DivineKuizine Jerk Rub

  • ▢2 tablespoon DivineKuizine Jerk Sauce

  • ▢2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Sauce

  • ▢ 2-3 tablespoon DivineKuizine Jerk Rub

  • ▢2 tablespoon DivineKuizine Jerk Sauce

  • ▢2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • ▢.1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • ▢.1/2 cup red, orange and green peppers onion, thinly sliced

  • ▢.2 -3 tablespoon butter

  • ▢.2 tablespoon olive oil

  • ▢.1/2 cup yellow onion, thinly sliced

  • ▢1 teaspoon garlic, minced

  • ▢1/2 cup coconut milk

  • ▢1cup heavy cream

  • ▢ 2 cup fresh baby spinach

  • ▢.teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • ▢1/3 cup Italian blend, shredded

  • ▢1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • ▢basil, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

Pasta

  • Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook pasta 4 minutes less than the instructions on the box. (The shells will continue to cook in the oven.) Drain the noodles and let them cool enough to touch.


Filling

  • Heat a large skillet on the stove to medium-high. Add olive oil and let it heat until the oil is hot and shiny. Brown and season ground beef with teaspoon complete seasoning, teaspoon onion powder,1 teaspoon garlic powder,1 teaspoon kosher salt,½ teaspoon seasoned pepper 1 tablespoon green seasoning,1 tablespoon tomato sauce, 2-3 tablespoon DivineKuizine Jerk Rub,2 tablespoon DivineKuizine Jerk Sauce .Heat a large skillet on the stove to medium-high.

  • Breaking down beef as it cooks and stirring regularly until beef is thoroughly cooked and . Once done, remove from heat and strain any excess oil.


Sauce

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, olive oi. Once the butter has melted.

  • Add peppers and onions, , salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

  • Add spinach

  • Add heavy cream, coconut milk, cheeses. red pepper flakes, butter, DivineKuizine jerk rub.

  • Continue cooking until the sauce is thickened, or about 3-5 minutes.


Assembly

  • To or oven-safe dish , add 1 cup of the sauce.

  • Stuff noddle's with the jerk ground beef

  • Top the sauce with an even layer of the stuffed noodles.

  • Cover the pasta with the remaining sauce and top with Italian Blend and mozzarella cheese. (Make sure the shells are completely coated with the sauce to prevent the pasta from getting crunchy.)

  • Bake for 10 minutes. Then, broil the shells for 2-3 minutes (watching carefully), or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.

  • Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
