DivineKuizine Pancake Breakfast Tacos

What is better then extra fluffy, pancakes that can be turned into a hand-held breakfast? Did someone say breakfast tacos! Do I have the only kids who would rather eat with their hands than with a fork, knife or spoon? No utensils needed! Plus who does not like tacos. These tacos with DivineKuizine fluffy pancake mix and you favorite breakfast items to fill up your tacos with what can get any better. You can make them savory or sweet . Best homemade breakfast you can eat on the go to work , taking kids to school or early morning activities.




PREP 10 MIN COOK 25 MIN TOTAL 35 SERVES 4 SERVINGS (6-8 TACOS)


Ingredients:

Breakfast Potatoes

pounds red potatoes, roughly chopped/diced 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 onion, chopped 1 green bell pepper, roughly chopped 1 red bell pepper, roughly chopped

1 jalapeno seeded and roughly chopped 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 stick butter 1 teaspoon Kosher salt, pepper,onion powder, garlic powder

  1. Heat the oil in your cast iron add potatoes and peppers, onions. But cook them for about 5 minutes to get that golden brown..

  2. Add the seasoning. Slowly saute the potatoes for about 5-10 minutes.

  3. Add water, butter and cover ,cook until soften about 15 minutes.


Eggs

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 1/2 red bell pepper chopped

  • 1 fresh jalapeno chopped, optional

  • handful spinach

  • cheese, cheddar or cheese of your choice

  • Salt and ground black pepper

  • 4 eggs, beaten

Combine eggs vegetables ,cheese and seasoning together in a mixing bowl Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the eggs and scramble for 3 to 4 minutes.


Turkey Italian sausage

Thinly cheddar cheese

Fry turkey sausage when completely cook add cheese cover with top and let cheese melt.



PREPARATION/ASSEMBLE

Prepare DivineKuizine Pancake mix . (MAKE THE PANCAKES)


Heat a large griddle over medium-high heat. or frying pan When it’s hot, coat it with nonstick cooking spray or oil.


Working in batches, scoop ¼ cup of the batter onto the hot griddle (you’ll get 8 pancakes total). Cook until the bottom of the pancake is golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes, then flip and cook until golden on the other side, 1 to 2 minutes more. (If the pancake looks too fluffy when you flip it, press it down a little with your spatula to flatten it.)


Transfer the finished pancakes to the parchment-lined baking sheet.


To serve, fold pancake to shape like a taco add filling to pancake drizzle syrup and hot sauce optional and enjoy!

Berry Tacos

1 ½ Cup mixed Berries, such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and sliced strawberries

Whipping Cream

Place few heaping tablespoons of berry mixture onto one half of each pancake.

Top with whipping cream onto each pancake.
