Join Shay in the kitchen as she prepares delicious Soba Noodles with fresh, crisp, veggies. This is a simple but different meal that will add some flavor to your day!
Ingredients:
1LB Fresh Green Beans
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 Red pepper slice julienne
1/4 of red onion slice thin
2 Green Onion, roughly chopped
1 jalapeño , roughly chopped ( deseeded)
1 scotch bonnet , roughly chopped ( deseeded)
8oz sliced Portabella mushrooms
1 teaspoon salt
1LB Flank steak
2 tablespoon DivineKuizine sugar spice
1 package Soba Noodles
Olive oil
Sauce/Dressing:
Mix all these ingredients together:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoon white rice vinegar
2 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
3 tablespoon oyster sauce
3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon hot chili oil
Directions:
Marinate the flank steak in 1/4 cup sauce/dressing. Marinate at least for 30 minutes.
Heat the oil in a skillet with 1 clove of garlic over high heat until smoking, then cook
the steak to your liking. I like mine medium rare, perfect for absorbing the flavours of
the delicious dressing. Foe about 2- 3 minutes.
Transfer to a plate and loosely cover with foil. Rest for 5 minutes,
Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to boil. Cook the soba according to packet
instructions (usually 3 minutes). Drain Noodles under cold water to stop the cooking
process.
Boil Fresh Green Bean in a teaspoon salt .Cook al dente. Drain Green Beans .Drain
under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Sauté all vegetables. 3 minutes. Stir-fry Soba noodle in wok for about minutes all
vegetables, green beans and steak to wok pour remaining dressing in pan combine
everything well .
