Meatloaf:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 egg
1/4 red pepper, green pepper, Jalapeño peppers, and white onion
2 tablespoon flour
salt, pepper, season salt, onion and garlic powder
panko dried bread crumbs
Glaze:
2 tablespoon Divine Kuizine Sugar Spice
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoon BBQ
1 tsp sriracha.bbq
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, peppers and onion mixture, ketchup, and BBQ
Season meat with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Add panko breadcrumbs. Mix
everything together. Lightly greased 5x9 inch loaf pan, OR form into a loaf and place in
a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. In a separate small bowl, combine the DivineKuizine sugar spice, mustard and ketchup.
Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
