Ingredients Lobster Mac and Cheese
1 lb Cavatappi pasta or your choice of pasta
shrimp bouillon cube
2-4 Lobster tails
1 tsp Creole or Cajun seasoning
2 stick butter
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 -3 tsp DivineKuizine Jerk Seasoning (depending on heat intake)
1 tsp seasoned pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 cup Cheddar shredded
1 cup Smoked Gouda
1 cup Mozzarella shredded
4oz cream cheese
2 tsp DivineKuizine sugar spice
Instructions Lobster Mac and Cheese
Boil pasta in shrimp bullion cube water according to package instructions until Al dente.
Drain, but do not rinse. Set aside.
Shred the cheeses ; set aside.
Cut the lobster tails in half vertically,
Remove the lobster meat from the shells. set shells aside
Roughly chop the lobster in large chunks
In a pan, pour in tsp of olive oil and melt 3 tablespoons of butter
Add in the lobster tails, to pan. Season with 1 tsp DivineKuizine jerk rub, salt ,onion powder, seasoned pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and Creole seasoning
Cook until they develop color; about 1 min per side ( be careful not to cook them all the way through)
Remove the tails
Melt 3 more tablespoons of butter in the pan
Pour in heavy cream and evaporated milk while whisking
Season with 2 tsp DivineKuizine jerk seasoning and DivineKuizine sugar spice
Stir in half of the cheese mix and cream cheese
When the cheese melts, turn off the heat.
Add the pasta and lobster meat into the the cheese sauce. Mix well
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
Pour the mixture into a large, greased baking dish and top it with the remaining mixed cheeses
Sprinkle with Smoke Paprika
Top the dish with the lobster shells
Baked, uncovered, in a 375 degree F oven for 15-20 mins until it’s lightly browned and bubbling
Allow 10 mins to rest before serving
