For the cocktail:

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks

  • 2 ounces silver tequila

  • 2 ounces triple sec

  • 1 cup pineapple juice

  • 1/2 squeezed lime juice

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 cups ice

  • For serving:

  • Lime wedges for rimming the glass

  • 1 tablespoon Tajín

  • Jalapeno for garnish

Instructions

  • Start by preparing your glasses: Add tajin to a small plate. Use a lime wedge to wet the edge of the glass, then roll the glass in the tajín from side to side until well coated.

  • Add ice cubes, frozen mango, tequila, maple syrup, pineapple juice, and lime juice to a high powered blender and blend on high until smooth.

  • Pour into the rimmed glasses and garnish jalapeno . Cheers!
