Fried Chicken Breast
2 chicken breasts; boneless
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons of cornstarch
2 teaspoon Complete seasoning
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon season pepper
1-2 teaspoon olive oil
Frying oil your choice, I used peanut oil
2 Croissants
1 cup DivineKuizine Jerk sauce
Herb Butter
½ cup butter. melted
¼ cup fresh parsley
Caesar Salad
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2-3 tablespoons Cesar Dressings, ( I used Panera Cesar Dressing)
Handful shaved parmesan cheese
pinch of pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
Pat dry chicken breast season chicken breast with spices, DivineKuizine jerk rub and olive oil.
Make the flour mixture. In a shallow bowl, combine cups flour, salt, and cornstarch.
Dredge your boneless chicken breast in the flour mixture. Fry for 8-10 minutes (or until golden brown). Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to dry.
In a shallow bowl add fried chicken pour DivineKuizine Jerk Sauce all over fry chicken breast until evenly distributed a chicken breast.
Make the Caesar salad. In a large bowl, add lettuce, Caesar Dressing, Shaved Parmesan and pepper mix together.
Lightly brush your croissant with melted herb butter and toast in pan
