These flavorful tacos come together quickly for an easy weeknight meal that the whole
family will love! Add these jerk tacos into your “Taco Tuesday” meal! These tacos are
sweet ,have a little spice and whole lot of flavor. Your kids will be able to eat these
babies they are definitely kid friendly. My DivineKuizine Jerk sauce made with tamarind
sauce bring the sweetness and spiciness to these jerk tacos.
Ingredients:
Marinade
1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breast or chicken tenders
1 tsp of salt
1/4 cup of DivineKuizine Jerk Sauce
3 tablespoons canola or olive oil
Refrigerate overnight or at less 2-3 hours
Caribbean Slaw
Cup of Divine Kuizine Remouldae Sauce
1/4 cup of red, yellow , orange pepper chopped
1 jalapeño deseed and chopped finely
1 bag of coleslaw
1 mango diced
2 tablespoon of DivineKuizine Sugar Spice
Place chicken, DivineKuizine Jerk Sauce, and salt in large Ziploc bag. Let marinate at
least 2-3 hours or overnight.
Heat skillet and oil to medium low. Once heated, cook chicken for 5 minutes per side, or
until chicken is no longer pink. Add more of the DivineKuizine Jerk Sauce into pan to glaze
the chicken in the sauce. Chop chicken into small bite size pieces.
In a bowl, combine coleslaw and all ingredients. Place chopped jerk chicken in warm flour
tortilla and top with mango coleslaw salsa.
