This Jerk Salmon Grinder Sandwich recipe using DivineKuizine Jerk sauce and Divinekuizie remoulade sauce. I promise you will not be disappointed. Crusty , soft French bread spread with garlic butter, topped with cheese, jerk salmon , creamy salad mixture .This jerk salmon grinder is bursting with Caribbean island flavours. It’s quick, easy, and a must try lunch or dinner recipe you’ll definitely enjoy!
Serves 2 Cook Time 20 minutes
Grinder Salad
1/4 cup Ken's Italian salad dressing
½ tsp Salt
2-3 cups iceberg lettuce
red onion rings
Jerk Salmon Grinder
2 Salmon Filets
1 tsp each -Tonys creole seasoning , onion powder, season salt, garlic6 powder, pepper, and salt.
3 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup DivineKuizine jerk sauce
fresh garlic clove , minced
1/3 cup butter, melted
handful parsley, chopped
Hoagie Rolls
6 slices, provolone cheese
6 sliced tomatoes
INSTRUCTIONS
Pat dry room temperature salmon filets with paper towel. Season all over with spices pepper.
Heat the olive in a large non-stick pan or skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Place salmon filets flesh side down, pressing them lightly so the entire surface of the flesh comes into contact with the pan. Sear, undisturbed, for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden.
Flip and place in oven for 10-15 minutes on 425F add in the butter,.
Once cook place pan on stovetop brush on the DivineKuizine Jerk sauce. put back in the oven to glaze into the salmon.
In a small bowl add melted butter , garlic and parsley whisk together.
Slice Hoagie Roll butter bread with melted butter, add cheese to one of the bread slices. and toast in the oven until bread is crusty and cheese is melted.
Build Sandwich:
Add the jerk salmon on toasted hoagie roll with no cheese , add the grinder salad then sliced tomatoes,
Top of the Hoagie bread with melted cheese over the jerk salmon grinder sandwich and , "smush" the sandwich (for good measure) and enjoy!
