Old Fashioned Cinnamon Rolls


These Quick & Easy Cinnamon Rolls require very little work, yet still yield the tastiest, gooiest, sweetest, doughiest, finger-lickinist rolls you could make from scratch and still seem like you spent all day on them. What makes these cinnamon rolls easy is that you do not have a lot of measuring and steps to do. These no yeast cinnamon rolls are the easiest homemade cinnamon rolls you’ll ever make. DivineKuizine Apple Fritter Mix is all you need. Just use this DivineKuizine Apple Fritter Mix and add all your wet ingredients. Don’t forget to top them with the My cream cheese icing. These cinnamon rolls are great for brunch on a weekend , in the morning or with your afternoon coffee.






Makes 12 Rolls

Preheat 350 F


FOR THE DOUGH:

  • 3 oz. cream cheese, at room temp

  • 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temp

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup confectioners sugar https://www.divinekuizine.com/product-page/apple-fritter-mix Note you will have 1/2 cup of DivineKuizine confectioners sugar in the DivineKuizine Apple Fritter Mix package.


Instructions MAKE THE DOUGH AND FILLING:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the milk and egg and butter .

  • In a large bowl pour the Apple Mix in a bowl. Add the milk mixture to the DivineKuizine Apple Fritter Mix using a spatula, mix just until combined.

  • Flour your work surface then turn out the dough and knead it for 1 minute until it comes together in a smooth ball. If the dough feels overly sticky, add more flour as needed, but do not over-knead the dough.

  • Cover the dough loosely with a damp towel or bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes.

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8- or 9-inch baking dish with butter.

  • Lightly flour your work surface then roll the dough into a 10x14-inch rectangle.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the DivineKuizine Sugar Spice and cinnamon.

  • Brush the dough all over with the soften or melted butter then sprinkle the cinnamon- DivineKuizine sugar spice mixture on top.Sprinkle with raisins

  • Beginning at the long end, tightly roll the dough up into a log. Slice the log into rolls.

  • Arrange the rolls in the greased baking dish.

  • Bake the rolls for 18 to 20 minutes until they are pale golden and baked through. While the rolls are baking, make the frosting.

MAKE THE FROSTING:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and butter. Using a handheld mixer, beat the ingredients until smooth then add the vanilla and beat just until combined.

  • Add the confectioners’ sugar and beat just until combined.

  • Remove the rolls from the oven frost while warm. Enjoy These yummy, gooey, old fashioned cinnamon rolls.
