The whole wheat bread, homemade oven roasted honey turkey and cranberry cream cheese. What is such a delight. This was one of my bestsellers when I used to cater box lunches for Delta Airlines Corporate office.

Serves 6
Honey Roasted Turkey, breast-see my recipe in main dishes
1 can whole cranberries
8 oz cream cheese
2 tablespoons of sugar
12 slices of honey whole wheat bread
mayonnaise
spinach or green leaf lettuce
In a small bowl, combine cranberries, cream cheese and sugar. Spread on one slice of bread cranberry cream cheese and the other slice mayonnaise.
Break lettuce or spinach into large pieces; layer half on 1 slice of bread. Top with turkey. Enjoy!
