Sneak veggies into any meal with Quick, Easy Crispy Vegetable Fritters that come together in minutes and pair perfectly with a cool dollop of DivineKuizine remoulade sauce I’m always on the hunt for fast and flavorful ways to add a veggies to any meal or as a healthy snack. When these little guys are hot right out of the pan, you’re going to be tempted to eat them immediately. Before you eat all of these crunchy vegetable fritters straight out of the pan, I recommend drizzling DivineKuizine remoulade sauce which will bring these babies up a notch.
Ingredients:
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup zucchini shredded
1 cup yellow squash shredded
1 cup julienne red pepper
1 julienne jalapeno pepper
egg
1 garlic clove
salt and pepper
olive oil
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
3 slice crystallized ginger
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
3 tablespoon flour
Canola Oil or Vegetable oil
Instructions:
Sauté all vegetables in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Sauté until soften . In blender add egg, garlic, salt and pepper, sweet chili sauce, ginger and olive oil. Blend to about 1 minute. Pour mixture and vegetables in the mixing bowl. Stir in the flour and panko bread crumbs into the vegetable mixture. Form the fritters and fry in a nonstick pan. Cook each fritter on both sides 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Transfer to a plate with a paper towel to soak up the excess oil. Dip or garnish with
Divine Kuizine Remoulade Sauce.
