However, the beauty of overripe bananas lies in their versatility, and my go-to way of using them is through baking. I decided to elevate my usual banana bread by incorporating these easy caramelized bananas and walnuts, cooked in DivineKuizine Sugar Spice and butter for a simple yet delicious indulgence. What could be more delightful than bananas and walnuts infused with DivineKuizine Sugar Spice and topped off with a salted caramel sauce? A perfectly moist and flavorful slice of banana bread is simply irresistible.

BANANA BREAD
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup DivineKuizine Sugar Spice
1large egg
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup sour cream
3-4 ripe mashed bananas
1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
Caramelized Bananas and Walnuts
2 bananas ;cut into 1 inch thick coins (see video for reference)
3/4 cups walnuts
pinch salt
2-3 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of DivineKuizine Sugar Spice
BANANA BREAD
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350F and grease a 9×5″ loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl combine together ripe mash bananas, butter, egg. sour cream and vanilla.
Stir in the flour, salt, DivineKuizine sugar spice and baking soda until almost combined. Fold in the banana mixture until just combined.
In a sauté pan and heat again over medium heat. Add the 2 tablespoons of butter and let butter melt. Add the sliced bananas and walnuts, spreading them out into an even;. Add DivineKuizne Sugar Spice let bananas and walnuts caramelize . Flip the bananas over and season with a pinch of salt. Let bubble for a minute or so. Turn off the heat.
Spoon half the pan in the pan.
Then spoon in the caramelized bananas and walnuts swirl around in pan and top the remaining mixture on top of caramelized bananas and walnuts
Bake for 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool and drizzle with caramel sauce on top.
