Ingredients:
1/4 red and green pepper finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 pound broccoli , chopped
3-4 carrots , cut 1/2 inch thick
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
1 pound Asparagus
1 tablespoon crystallized ginger
1/2 pound of shrimp
1/2 pound of Andouille sausage
shrimp bouillon cube
1 tsp garlic and onion powder
Make Sauce:
In a mixing bowl add 1 tablespoon chili oil, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce ,1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon Divine Kuizine Sugar Spice, and pinch red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp to skillet and season salt, pepper, Cajun season, garlic .
Cook shrimp 3-4 minutes, or until opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sausage to skillet. Cook until browned.
