Southern Style green beans with russet potatoes, smoked turkey, onions, garlic and red pepper flakes for a tad bit of heat. Cooked until tender! This recipe is budget friendly and can be stretch for a big family. These green beans and potatoes are a spectacular as a side dish or a full meal I have been making them for years in large quantities for special events or for my family. The smoked turkey wings make an excellent broth that is seasoned beyond words. Let the meat cook until it falls off the bone for the ultimate flavor, at least 2 hours.
