For the caramelized onions
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 large white onions sliced
1teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon DivineKuizine sugar spice
For the sandwiches
3-4 ciabatta rolls
2 ribeye steaks
2 1/2 teaspoons Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
2 tablespoons butter
fresh garlic clove
2-3 fresh thyme sprigs
1-2 tablespoon olive oil
package of sliced Havarti cheese
1-2 cups baby arugula

For the caramelized onions
Add the onions, all ingredients to large pan mix together. Turn heat to medium-high and and cook covered for 12-15 minutes or until the onions are soft and most of the water has evaporated.
Uncover the pan and turn the heat down to medium. Continue to saute until the onions are deeply caramelized. Pay attention to the onions. Adjust heat to prevent burning.
Create Steak Sandwiches
Preheat the oven to 425F
Heat a large cast iron or stainless steel pan to medium-high heat.
Pat the steak dry with paper towels and season liberally with salt and pepper on both sides.
Add the oil to the pan and once smoking, add the steak. Sear for 1.5 minutes on one side flip over add, butter, garlic, and thyme. Place the Steak in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until your preferred doneness. Place the cooked steak on a cutting board and tent with foil for at least 5 minutes. After 5 minutes cut the steak into 4-inch pieces then slice against the grain into 1/4-inch thick slices.
Cut the ciabatta down the middle lengthwise and separate the two sides. Toast Place the ciabatta. Spread a layer of the DivineKuizine remoulade on both side of ciabatta then layer the Havarti, layer the steak. Evenly spread the onions on top and then layer of arugula. Place the top side of the ciabatta on sandwich
