Easy Teriyaki Black Cod pan-fried to perfection and served with a homemade teriyaki sauce with DivineKuizine sugar spice! Serve with rice and veggies to make it a healthy meal! I’ve been eating tons of Black Cod my favorite fish now. Tender and moist flaky black cod topped with a sweet and tangy teriyaki sauce! If you cannot find black cod in your local grocery stores you can use salmon. I found my black cod from Whole Foods Market.
This teriyaki glazed black cod is the perfect dinner when you are short on time but want something amazing. The sauce compliments the black cod perfectly and is sweet, tangy and thick. You can serve it on top of a bed of rice alongside freshly steamed veggies. You’ll have a satisfying meal on your dinner table in 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 pound Black Cod
4 tablespoons sweet chili Sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sweet chili oil
3 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoon DivineKuizine sugar spice
2 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon grape-seed
1. Prepare the sauce. In a medium sized bowl, whisk all ingredients except the chicken. Set this aside.
2. Add and Combine Heat oil in a large skillet. Add Cod filets making sure not to overcrowd pan. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Pour sauce on fish stir. Continue cooking and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and glaze all over the fish.
3. Serve. Serve on top a fresh bed of rice and steamed broccoli. Garnish with optional diced green onions and sesame seeds.
