I love all kinds of burgers. This will be one you want to make time and time again. This burger is healthy, salmon is a great source of vitamin B12, vitamin D, and selenium. It is a good source of niacin, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, phosphorus, and vitamin B6. you can either grill this burger or pan fry. A great spring or summer meal. Especially accompanied with my remoulade sauce you can find in the store on this site.
Serves 4-5
Ingredients:
1/2 finely chopped red pepper
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
1/2 finely chopped red onion
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 finely chopped jalapeno pepper
1 tablespoon of fresh Thai basil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup Japanese panko or plain breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon lemon
1/2 teaspoon sweet chili sauce
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm mixture.
Divide mixture into 4-5 patties shaping each one into a 1/2 -inch thick patty. Oil you grill and cook each burger for about 2 -3 minutes on each side or until desire degree of doneness.
