Thai Spiced Turkey Burger

This scrumptious Thai - Turkey Burger Recipe bursts with Thai flavors Infused with fresh ginger, green curry, carrots, green onions and basil. So much deliciousness happening. Topped with fresh and crunchy Cucumber Salad, and DivineKuizine remoulade sauce. Light, healthy, Delicious! Easy to make, check out a video!












Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey

2-3 shredded carrots

1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped

¼ red bell pepper, finely chopped

3 green onions, finely chopped

1 tablespoon salt

1 egg

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoon vegetable or grapeseed oil

8 Kaiser Buns

Thai spice mixture

3 teaspoon green curry paste

1 garlic clove minced

½ teaspoon fresh minced ginger

2 tablespoon crystallized ginger, minced

½ teaspoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut milk

Cumber salad topping

1 thinly slice cumber

2 thinly sliced tomato

3 tablespoon rice vinegar

2 tablespoon apple vinegar

2 teaspoon salt and pepper

½ fresh lemon juice

Handful basil

Ingredients:

1. In small bowl, whisk together all Thai-spice mixture ingredients.

2. In large bowl, stir together turkey, carrots, jalapeno, red pepper, and green onions, salt. Add Thai –spiced mixture; stir until well combined. Stir in egg and breadcrumbs. Shape mixture into 8 patties. Set aside

3. In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients together to make the dressing. Pour the dressing over the cumber and tomato and toss to coat. You can serve immediately, or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate about an hour to marinate the veggies so they really absorb the flavors from the dressing.

4. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium –high heat until hot. Add 2 tablespoon of oil; heat until hot. Add patties; cover and cook 8 to 10, minutes or until browned. Toast buns .

5. Assemble burger spread DivineKuizine remoulade sauce on each bun add Thai turkey burger and top with cumber salad.
