The Best Ever Cajun Egg Salad

I love the simplicity of this classic Egg Salad Sandwich with only a few ingredients. Boiled eggs, mayonnaise, a touch of a mustard and elegant toppings with dill and chives to add that extra touch of perfection. 

I decided to make to the classic eggs salad a twist. CAJUN EGG SALAD a quick egg salad with DIVINEKUIZINE REMOULADE SAUCE makes this one of the  BEST Egg Salad ever. This easy to make, little to few ingredients and a delicious taste that is satisfying and can feed a crowd.



 

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup DivineKuizine Remoulade Sauce

  • 1/4 cup of celery

  • 1 jalapeño, deseed

  • 1/4 cup green pepper

  • 2 green onion sprigs, finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/4 Cajun seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp smoke paprika 

  • Optional Fresh Dill or parsley

 

Instructions

  • Add the eggs to a saucepan and fill with cold water.  Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat.  Cover and let the eggs stand for 10-12 minutes.  Take the eggs out of the water and let cool.  

  • Peel and chop the eggs and add them to a medium sized bowl.  Add , DK remoulade sauce. celery , green pepper, green onion, jalapeno, salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning and smoke paprika  Mix well.  Spread on bread or use with your favorite crackers.  Bon appetite!
