What you need to make oatmeal
It all starts with the simplest ingredients. You’ll need old fashioned oats or rolled oats, milk I use unsweetened almond milk , water and a dash of salt. Those are the only 4 ingredients you need to make oatmeal.
Ingredients:
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (such as Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats)
1/2 Unsweetened Almond milk
1/2 cup water
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon DivineKuizine sugar spice
1 apple peeled and chopped
handful dried cranberries
How to Make It
Step 1
Combine oats, milk, water, salt, and DivineKuizine Sugar Spice a medium pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 2
In a sauce pan add butter, chopped apples, DivineKuizine sugar spice, sauté for about 1 minute or until slightly soften. Combine apples into oatmeal.
Step 3
Add additional apple and dried ran berries and sprinkle of DivineKuizine sugar spice on to and serve.
