These Indian inspired Chicken Tikka Masala Baked Wings are the perfect for a game day appetizer. Easy to make and perfectly succulent and juicy wings every time! These Tikka Masala chicken wings are mild, but with a hint of spice and sweetness using DivineKuizine sugar spice. Well worth making!
INGREDIENTS:
Marinade:
1- 2 pounds of chicken wings
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp of salt and pepper
1/4 cup Divine Kuizine Sugar Spice
1/3 cup of Tikka Masala powder
Olive oil - to mix everything together.
Marinate 2 hours or overnight.
Sauce:
1 can coconut milk
1 tsp fresh chopped ginger
2 chopped tomatoes
1 scotch bonnet pepper
2 tablespoons butter
Limes and cilantro for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Season Chicken wings with all marinate ingredients mix together . Place marinate chicken in a plastic bag.
Chill 2 hours or overnight.
In shallow pan add onion, ginger, tomatoes, scotch bonnet pepper, butter an d coconut milk. Place in the
oven at 425 F for 45-60 minutes.
Last 10 minutes of chicken cooking turn oven to broil until chicken starts to blacken in spots
Garnish with limes and cilantro.
