This fruity mimosa recipe combines traditional mimosas with frozen tropical fruit and pineapple juice for a tropical drink that’s perfect for summer!You know that feeling, post vacation, when you’re forced to jump back into “real life”… and you honestly just want to go back? That is what a Tropical Mimosa will make you like like you are back on vacation. The classic brunch drink, given a tropical twist with the addition of mango, strawberries pineapple, and a splash of passion fruit liqueur. This Tropical Mimosa Cocktail is deliciously fruity and super easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup frozen mangos
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
6 ounces pineapple juice
2 ounces passion fruit liqueur
1 750 mL bottle sparkling champagne
INSTRUCTIONS
Add frozen mango , strawberry and pineapple juice to blender , Blend until well combined. To a champagne flute. Add a drop of passion fruit liqueur , , then add the fruit juice .
Fill the rest of the glass with champagne.
Recipe makes 5 more glasses of mimosas.
