Rum punch is the perfect cocktail recipe for parties- luaus, New Year’s Eve, summer patio gatherings, game day, and more. I decided to make my own version, With mix tropical fruits strawberry, mango , watermelon , and pineapple wanted a traditional rum punch with simple ingredients so I could make it in a glass or a pitcher easily.
Made with rum , passion fruit syrup , along with a touch of bitters to round out this cocktail. You’ll feel like you’re sitting on the beach after just one sip! The second I took a sip of this slushy I immediately felt like I was on vacation! So for this long weekend and the summer to come I’ll be making these slushies while we enjoy our backyard oasis.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups frozen tropical fruit mix ( mango , strawberry and pineapples)
1 cup of watermelon- I froze
1 1/2 tbsp. passion syrup
juice of one lime
3/4 cup rum
ice
1 cup water
lime slices to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Add frozen strawberry ,watermelon, passion syrup , rum , and lime juice. Add in a couple ice cubes and water blend to your desired slushy texture. Blend on high until everything is combined. repeat the steps with mango and pineapples.
Note: If the mixture is too thick, add a bit of water & blend until desired consistency is reached. Garnish with lime or mint & enjoy!
