1/2 of freshly squeezed lemon juice
4-5 oz sparkling water
2 oz. raspberry simple syrup
1 ½ oz. vodka
6-7 raspberries ( muddle)
Fresh raspberries, and lemon slices for garnish
Raspberry Simple Syrup
1 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup fresh raspberries
Put sugar, water, and raspberries in a medium-size saucepan and bring mixture to a boil. Once boiling, lower heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes, until mixture has thickened a bit.
Strain mixture into a bowl, being sure to press down on the berries to extract as much juice as possible.
